Parents of Silver Lake Elementary Students,
Next week will be our Spirit Week for the year. Listed below are the fun dress-up things that we will be doing each day.
Teacher Prep Day: There is a Teacher Preparation Day on Friday the 5th and there will be no school. It is also the end of the second trimester. We will be giving out school sack breakfasts and lunches the day before to all students who one them prior to leaving school.
Box Tops: Silver Lake Elementary is now set up for Box Tops! All you need is your phone! Download the boxtops app, shop as you normally would, then use the app to scan your store receipt within 14 days of purchase. The app will identify Box Tops products on your receipt and will automatically credit them to our school.
Yearbooks: Yearbooks are on sale for $14.00 but will go up to $16.00 on March 1st. These will be very nice, full-color books to commemorate our first year as a school. You can purchase them by using the myschoolfees link below. The Birthday on Marquee: Parents can pay to have their student’s name pop-up on our outside digital marquee on their birthday. Please give us a couple of days to get it up, especially if it is over the weekend. We try hard to check every day and we do not want to miss anyone’s birthday if payment is made within a day or two of the actual birthday. The cost is $5.00 to be paid online.
