Parents of Silver Lake Elementary Students,
Again, I want to thank our AMAZING PTA for making the School Appreciation Week so wonderful the week before Spring Break. They and those of you who helped out made the week extra special. We truly appreciate it.
RISE Testing: Just a reminder that we are in the end-of-year testing season with RISE testing. Please remind your kiddos to do their very best and show us what they have learned.
Spring Arts Concert: Our Spring Ballroom, Choir, and Orchestra Concerts will be on Thursday the 25th at 6:00 PM.
Fire Drill: Our next Fire Drill will be on Friday the 26th at 9:25 AM.
PTA Pop Top Drive: Our PTA is sponsoring a Pop Top drive again this year from April 29th – May 17th. The class that brings in the most pop tops by weight will get ice cream sandwiches. The pop tops will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House to help families with children in the hospital.
Spring Munch & Mingle: Our Spring Munch & Mingle for parents to come to eat lunch with their kiddos will be on Friday, May 2nd—more information to follow.

Spirit Shirts: If you want to buy a replacement school spirit shirt for your kiddos, you can go to the myschoolfees.com link below to purchase more shirts or pay in the office. They are $10.00 each.
The Birthday on Marquee: Parents can pay to have their student’s name pop up on our outside digital marquee on their birthday. Please give us a couple of days to get it up, especially if it is over the weekend. We try hard to check every day and we do not want to miss anyone’s birthday if payment is made within a day or two of the actual birthdays. The cost is $7.00 to be paid online.
